BIT - Barcelona Innovative Transportation

BIT is a solid group with scientific research in the fields of Transportation, Mobility and Logistics, knowledged as consolidated group by Generalitat de Catalunya (SGR) since 2017. The group objectives are the generation of knowledge on Transportation, Mobility and Logistics and its transference to society through research, innovation, education and technology transfer activities.  

Their main research interest are mobility as a service including airports, appraisal, autonomous vehicles, bicycles, bus, concessions, demand, freight transportation, funding, intermodality, logistics, management, maritime transportation, operations and optimitzation, pedestrians, ports, pricing, public transport, railways, regulation, road safety, smart cities, taxi tramway and traffic science.
